We are a multigenerational family business with a combined 80 years of varying experience in the design and construction industry.

  • We love working with you from the beginning of your dream. We are transparent with you about design costs, permit fees and construction costs during the whole process. We will design to your budget and lifestyle the whole time.

    Already have plans - we can give estimates on what you have if you have used a drafting or architectural agency. Please provide us with working drawings, engineering documentation, soil test, any town planning or design review panel documents and project specifications with all fixtures and fittings chosen.

  • We would love to assist you in making your existing dwelling suit your lifestyle. We will assist you with how to make spaces more functional, suggest different levels of finish depending on your budget, liaise with suppliers to find the right fixtures, prepare the site for minimal impact to the existing structure etc.

    We will outline what permits, insurances, design and documentation fees are involved up front with an obligation site visit and meeting.

  • We all know that feeling when suddenly we want to sell an existing home and the “To Do” list suddenly grows. Just like a car, homes need maintenance too (and regularly).

    We are here to assist you if your deck needs replacing due to years of neglect (life is busy) or timber windows have rot out (Yes, the blind side of the house is rarely seen and you forgot about it too!) Lead a busy life and the holiday home isn’t being used as much or its a whole lot of family venture and not everyone is pulling their weight.

    We can assist you with our quarterly maintenance packages* or one off packages to get your home ready for sale.

    *From June 2026 we offer a package for our clients of new homes for an external quarterly check of the dwelling of $500 plus GST to inspect and document any items. If additional works are required we will quote the works so your home is always in the best hands.

    ** Maintenance packages for existing homes not constructed by Beach House Constructions will be quoted on request.
