Mark is the owner and director of Beach House Constructions. Starting in the construction industry at just 15 years of age, he often refers to all life as an apprenticeship. In 2001 he saw a great need to quality custom homes on the Bass Coast. Mark has built award winning homes, been awarded himself for his commitment and innovation in the building industry, mentored many budding carpenters through their apprenticeships and onto becoming licensed builders. Mark holds a great passion for the industry in which he has done his life’s work. Mark is a confident, transparent and has the highest standards for quality in all jobs no matter what the size or price tag.

Melissa has been an integral part of the Beach House Constructions journey. Creating Beach House Constructions alongside her husband, Mark, back in 2001 was out of the need for a quality design and construction business for the Bass Coast area. Melissa is the first point of call for all things style and useability in your home. Her warm personality and flare for style means that the interiors of your home are timeless and budget driven, with quality products installed for a long life of use. Melissa has strong and long-lasting relationships with trustworthy suppliers making sure that you get the quality in your fixtures and fitting that will serve you well in your project.

Amy has been in and out of the industry all her life. For 20 years she has been supporting facets of Beach House Constructions behind the scenes. Amy is the powerhouse behind the financial operations in the office and has a passion for streamlined processes both onsite and in the office. She has supported and advocated for the best outcomes for our apprentices in their training with TAFE and onsite - making sure the environment that apprentices are learning in safe, efficient and of best practice but also ensures your home is built to the highest of quality while apprentices are learning their skill set.

Joanne has a wealth of small business knowledge and interiors passion. She has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. She will assist you with all your interiors choices and make sure you are getting quality and a budget driven price. With Joanne’s expertise she will make the whole design and permits process streamline so we can build your home in the most cost effective manner.

Richard has been in the industry for 12 years, starting as a laborer, Mark quickly saw that his quality of work and ability to transfer his skills to any task lead to drafting and then to a carpentry apprentice. Rich’s precise attention to detail and skill set makes him the ideal draftsman and carpenter. Rich ensures your home during the design process adheres to your budget and then is built in a cost effective manner.
